Ingredients:

  • 1.5 pounds beef tri-tip roast
  • 1/2 cup Pendleton Whisky

  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together Pendleton Whisky, soy sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
